Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping and tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver orders across India. At present, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other locations: 5–10 business days

These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment until delivery.

Delays and Exceptions

Trendi Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

In case of unexpected delays, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@trendishop.in, along with your order number and supporting details (such as photos, if applicable). We will review the matter and assist you according to our policies.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Trendi Shop is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
